In recent years, Leslie has emerged as a celebrated destination photographer. Following her visit to Cuba last May, Leslie’s photography appeared on the cover of the Creative Loafing Cuba issue for which her photo essay was the catalyst. Her newest exhibit, “Terima Kasih”—Leslie Joy Original views of Indonesia and the orangutans of Borneo, premiered at FMoPA’s Birthday Spectacular—15 Years Young.
