Within this 4-week workshop, you will encounter understanding the useful camera raw function, to resizing and saving your images in different formats, the basic tools for retouching spots, dust and flaws and how to work with layers and color corrections. This course is designed for photographers who want to establish a good foundation with processing their images with an in-depth software program but without the complexities of learning every aspect of the technology.!

Gasparilla Festival of the Arts Photo Safari

 Instructor: Carlie Chew
Join FMoPA and Carlie Chew for a brand new Photography Safari workshop which will take place during the Gasparilla Festival of Arts! This Safari will offer experienced and amateur photographers the opportunity to capture art and culture images which are unique to the Tampa Bay area.
This workshop will meet at the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts before beginning the safari around Curtis Hixon Park and the Kiley Garden areas. Carlie will guide you and give instruction as you capture the essence of the Gasparilla theme and the Gasparilla Festival of Arts. All ages and skill levels are welcome as are DSLR, film cameras, point and shoot, or smart phone cameras!
